Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Gamus having to interfere. Hugo Ribeiro hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Mota went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Guaberto Gamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guaberto Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Bandeca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Guaberto Gamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Igor Mota took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. Guaberto Gamus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Panama booed when Bandeca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Panama's Tomas Berganza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Gamus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guaberto Gamus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Cambeiro in the 79th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Tomas Berganza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guaberto Gamus. That made the score 3-1 after 80 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Bandeca FC's Durvalino Salles got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the game, one of Bandeca FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The Bandeca FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
