Ataman Mülayim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the game, Süleymaniye's Gökçek Acem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a little luck, Süleymaniye's Ataman Mülayim got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gökçek Acem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Süleymaniye's Ataman Mülayim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Süleymaniye from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 16 in the game by Edmundo Espiga from a close distance when the talented Ataman Mülayim managed to make a qualified save. Süleymaniye's players were relieved. Christian Sancho's late challenge caught a Süleymaniye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Sancho helped the player get up and apologised. Christian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Gökçek Acem took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ataman Mülayim was a little too slow when Edmundo Espiga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-2. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Honduras booed when Süleymaniye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pars Tongal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ataman Mülayim was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edmundo Espiga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 31 minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ataman Mülayim. Sebastian Villa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. In the 39th minute, Mevlüt Devan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honduras's Luca Espinar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mevlüt Devan, made in the 46th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gökçek Acem stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. In the 55th minute of the match Şinasi Ragıp sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. Ataman Mülayim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th match minute, Süleymaniye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mevlüt Devan to maneuver through the defense. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. Pars Tongal hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Sebastian Villa charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Villa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Süleymaniye booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gökçek Acem kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Süleymaniye's goalkeeper Ataman Mülayim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ataman Mülayim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ataman Mülayim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pars Tongal hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a free kick in the 90th minute. 92 minutes in the game, Şinasi Ragıp fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Süleymaniye's Gökçek Acem. But to his dismay, Gökçek Acem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 95 minutes into the match, Honduras's Luca Espinar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ataman Mülayim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Süleymaniye's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ataman Mülayim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Honduras were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
