Ataman Mülayim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 13th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Ataman Mülayim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Süleymaniye's Pars Tongal got a free kick in the 18th minute. Sebastian Villa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ataman Mülayim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Süleymaniye's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Esteban Carvallo hit a great ball. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökçek Acem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şinasi Ragıp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. The throw-in from Mevlüt Devan in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Moises Tafalla. After having played for 34 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ataman Mülayim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 38th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Süleymaniye's goalkeeper Ataman Mülayim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Ataman Mülayim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras.

The wind increased when Gökçek Acem made the kick off in the second half. Ataman Mülayim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Mevlüt Devan in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Şinasi Ragıp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pars Tongal kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Şinasi Ragıp came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Süleymaniye's Ataman Mülayim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 70th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Şinasi Ragıp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-1. 78 minutes into the game, Baysal Hüdayioğlu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 80 minutes, Gökçek Acem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Süleymaniye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gökçek Acem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ataman Mülayim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ataman Mülayim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökçek Acem in the 96th minute of play. Süleymaniye succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Honduras had controlled the match.
