Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Tiago Gabriel Vieira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. After having played for 11 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Esteban Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Guará FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Gabriel Vieira in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldão Paulista came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Ronaldão Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Tiago Gabriel Vieira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The goal made the score 1-0. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Tiago Gabriel Vieira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldão Paulista to make the kick off. Milagros Cabal kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Vieira in the 63rd minute of play. Nelsinho Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nelsinho Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 82nd minute of the match. Erlingur Haaland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Tiago Gabriel Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nelsinho Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Guará FC.
