Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. After having played for 16 minutes, Peter Lajčin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC rossoneri SENICA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Lajčin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC rossoneri SENICA's Edward Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 20th minute of play. Edward Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of play. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC rossoneri SENICA's Erik Berky. But to his dismay, Erik Berky quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 25 played minutes FC rossoneri SENICA got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Deput. FC rossoneri SENICA's Edward Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 26th minute of play. When Izydor Dzerwucki came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the FC rossoneri SENICA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Izydor Dzerwucki couldn't finish the play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Panama! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Edward Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Miralles in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Izydor Dzerwucki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Izydor Dzerwucki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, FC rossoneri SENICA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Berky to maneuver through the defense. After a good free kick, Erik Berky got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Panama. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Lajčin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Erik Berky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Dzerwucki in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC rossoneri SENICA's Jozef Pálka was substituted for Izydor Dzerwucki. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Berky, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Peter Lajčin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Edward Jönsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
