Alejo Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pang Hong in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dragons XI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Renato Leonhard in the 7th minute. A nice corner shot did that Renato Leonhard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejo Fe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Tizian Stanges short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alejo Fe having to make a save. Dinu Grecea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejo Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Konstantin Scherz tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Alejo Fe managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Chile's Orlando Casaus fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 89th minute, Pang Hong made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Dragons XI's Alejo Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 93rd minute of play. Chile's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
