Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Etxeberri went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Gerardo Etxeberri scored 4-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Etxeberri in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Justino Hustaz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Sails's goalkeeper Justino Hustaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Gerardo Etxeberri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. If Vebjørn Naas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of play forced Black Sails's goalkeeper Justino Hustaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

Virgilio Bingen replaced Gerardo Etxeberri. 72 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Bingen came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Black Sails's Berry Bliss in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Virgilio Bingen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Virgilio Bingen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Bingen in the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Berry Bliss scored 7-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Bingen in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Virgilio Bingen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense.
