Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Miguel Castanheira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Castanheira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Miguel Castanheira was slow to take the kick. During this time Vipos FC's players had a chance to rest. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Rafa Santos Borré put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. After a rather tough play, Vipos FC's Miguel Castanheira got a free kick in the 15th minute. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the game, Vipos FC's Rafa Santos Borré nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Gervasio Ixaka in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Fidel Jokin sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gervasio Ixaka could save by the left post. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Vipos FC made a substitution. Mayer Candelo replaced Gaspar Acuña. The wind increased when Fidel Jokin made the kick off in the second half. Gervasio Ixaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 54 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafa Santos Borré, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Gervasio Ixaka. Vipos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Jokin came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Ixaka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafa Santos Borré got free with Julio Vera in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Rafa Santos Borré tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Gervasio Ixaka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 minutes Vipos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Ixaka having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Gervasio Ixaka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vipos FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
