Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mevlüt Tacir started the match with the kick off. Abraham Alguacil shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abraham Alguacil took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernán Pajot. Hernán Pajot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Panama's Aaron Barrios got a free kick in the 13th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Fertus, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Hernán Pajot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 15th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Jose Carita. In the 24th match minute, Academia NOFX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noël Papa to maneuver through the defense. After 30 minutes Panama's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jesus Fertus who took care of the corner kick. 35 minutes into the match, Academia NOFX's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Hernán Pajot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Richie, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mevlüt Tacir went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Hernán Pajot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 51st minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mevlüt Tacir in the 57th minute of play. Johan Loria hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Academia NOFX's Jesus Fertus tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernán Pajot. Hernán Pajot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 77 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Mevlüt Tacir came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mevlüt Tacir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abraham Alguacil's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hernán Pajot firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Academia NOFX's Hernán Pajot got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Richie in the 85th minute of play. Mevlüt Tacir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Paulo Richie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Richie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Paulo Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
