Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 8th minute of the match, Johan Loria tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 10 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hernán Pajot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th match minute, Academia NOFX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos-Mario Monclús to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia NOFX's goalkeeper Hernán Pajot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 19 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play forced Academia NOFX's goalkeeper Hernán Pajot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludomir Michnik kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia NOFX's Hernán Pajot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Loria came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernán Pajot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernán Pajot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Academia NOFX's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jesus Fertus in the 42nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Jesus Fertus got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 45 minutes into the match, Johan Loria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johan Loria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mevlüt Tacir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Mevlüt Tacir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Hernán Pajot in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernán Pajot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Academia NOFX's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernán Pajot came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Academia NOFX's Guillermo Haimar was substituted for Carlos-Mario Monclús. During the 74th minute of the match Ludomir Michnik completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ludomir Michnik a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 75th minute, Ludomir Michnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Felix Montes from long distance, 76 minutes into the match, got Hernán Pajot's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hernán Pajot came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. With a little luck, Academia NOFX's Hernán Pajot got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Academia NOFX's Hernán Pajot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Academia NOFX from getting a goal against them. After 90 minutes Academia NOFX's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
