Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. After 6 minutes CRUZ DEL SUR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. CRUZ DEL SUR's Ronnie Odell got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute, one of Colombia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Colombia. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bautista Marcó who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Artaç Yavuzalp heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Carballar in the 21st minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes CRUZ DEL SUR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Colombia's Joshua Garrido to a score. 0-1 in the 22nd minute. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Augusto Estefan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 25 minute of play. When Augusto Estefan came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the CRUZ DEL SUR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Estefan couldn't finish the play. Augusto Estefan scored 2-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zachariasz Dudkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Colombia booed when CRUZ DEL SUR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Estefan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augusto Estefan to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Augusto Estefan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Fan Yong Zhan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Fabio Zorondo replaced Ronnie Odell. CRUZ DEL SUR's Eustacio Antonucci was substituted for Abundio Manzano. A collision led to CRUZ DEL SUR getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Fan Yong Zhan hit a great ball. Axel Montenegro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Zachariasz Dudkowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Pablo Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Pablo Soto hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Abram Secada scored 2-4 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zachariasz Dudkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zachariasz Dudkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abram Secada went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Kevin Mastache might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zachariasz Dudkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kevin Mastache ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by CRUZ DEL SUR's Pippin Aguilera. But to his dismay, Pippin Aguilera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. In the 89th minute Fabio Zorondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Zachariasz Dudkowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 92nd minute of the game Arnaldo Albano made a throw-in which Pablo Soto played forward. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
