Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Loukianos Staikos in the 3rd minute. After 7 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar. A hard shot 8 in the game by Rodrigo Ferdinand from a close distance when the talented Pedro Manzanares managed to make a qualified save. Colombia's players were relieved. Rodrigo Ferdinand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Loukianos Staikos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rodrigo Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Rodrigo Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot. International Thunders's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Ferdinand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Rodrigo Ferdinand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Rodrigo Ferdinand succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 23rd playminute. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind International Thunders's goalkeeper Thorsten Ternes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 29th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorsten Ternes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Axel Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 41 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Gernot Kellner came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joshua Garrido hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodrigo Ferdinand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thorsten Ternes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 54th minute of play forced International Thunders's goalkeeper Thorsten Ternes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. International Thunders's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. 61 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thorsten Ternes. Abram Sarmiento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Samuel Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Samuel Navarro got a free kick in the 65th minute. International Thunders's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlo Gerick in the 68th minute. The corner led International Thunders's Tibor Bäuschlein to a score. 3-3 in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute Percival Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percival Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 74th minute of play forced International Thunders's goalkeeper Thorsten Ternes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Mastache struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Thorsten Ternes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. Colombia's Abram Secada quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rodrigo Ferdinand, made in the 80th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Abram Secada got a free kick in the 80th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 81st minute of play. Rodrigo Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Nichifor Borăscu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Nichifor Borăscu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd match minute, International Thunders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gernot Kellner to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorsten Ternes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Colombia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of International Thunders:s goal.
