Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Julian Murillo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Thorsten Ternes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Oskar Vahlberg made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tibor Bäuschlein immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, International Thunders's Oskar Vahlberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Oskar Vahlberg in the 15 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thorsten Ternes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loukianos Staikos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oskar Vahlberg made in the 33rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Percival Costa. Percival Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Loukianos Staikos managed to get in a good position for a shot. International Thunders's supporters rose to their feet, but Loukianos Staikos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodrigo Ferdinand to make the kick off. Loukianos Staikos scored 1-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thorsten Ternes was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Oskar Vahlberg, made in the 61st minute of the game. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thorsten Ternes. Thorsten Ternes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Alonso Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percival Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Percival Costa took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Rodrigo Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorsten Ternes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to International Thunders getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Oskar Vahlberg hit a great ball. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. In the 83rd match minute, International Thunders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Vahlberg to maneuver through the defense. International Thunders's Thorsten Ternes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, International Thunders's Oskar Vahlberg got a free kick in the 87th minute. Thorsten Ternes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Rafael Gallo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thorsten Ternes. That made the score 2-3 after 92 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Gallo in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thorsten Ternes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
