After 24 played minutes Dunamis got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Xabat. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Manuel Kinsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jorge Magrina made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dunamis's Silverio Xabat. The throw-in from Luis Rubio in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dunamis's Hermengildo Constancio. Mateo Leguizamo made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dunamis's Americo Costante. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Luque in the 46th minute of play forced Dunamis's goalkeeper Herminio Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Dunamis's Herminio Luke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Dunamis from getting a goal against them. Dunamis's Hermengildo Constancio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Valentino Ferrant in the 94 minute of the game. Dunamis's Jimeno Garaile managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mateo Leguizamo in the 95 minute of the game. The Dunamis supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching El Salvador's performance. The match ended with a win for El Salvador.
