After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Koby Wright managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canada's supporters rose to their feet, but Koby Wright was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vassilis Nentakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Magheran, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Vassilis Nentakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Gugu Netto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jax Williamson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Juvenal Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Nentakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koby Wright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vassilis Nentakis having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frits van Gaal made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Canada's Koby Wright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vassilis Nentakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Koby Wright received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Vassilis Nentakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the S.E. Pindorama Eagles defense, Carter George kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vassilis Nentakis. The S.E. Pindorama Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vassilis Nentakis should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Vassilis Nentakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canada. 94 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Vasquez came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Burton came free, but Vassilis Nentakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The S.E. Pindorama Eagles fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Canada were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
