Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eufemio Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eufemio Andrade in the 21st minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was Christos Alexiadis who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Conference League winners's corner Christos Alexiadis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacobo Nores quite easily take care of the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Pardo was the one to do the kick off. Eufemio Andrade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eufemio Andrade in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Eufemio Andrade fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jacobo Nores, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 62nd minute of play forced Conference League winners's goalkeeper Iraklis Zafiriou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Eufemio Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conference League winners's supporters rose to their feet, but Eufemio Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Conference League winners's Eufemio Andrade in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Conference League winners fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7.
