Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteban Carvallo during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Esteban Carvallo hit a great ball. Mario Grebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Edmundo Espiga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but International Thunders's Mario Grebe did a great save. In the 17thth minute of the game Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 18 minutes, Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to International Thunders getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Marcel Hennemann hit a great ball. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 24th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mario Grebe but with some difficulty. In the 25th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Moises Tafalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mario Grebe. That made the score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. In the 29th minute Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colin Schwarz in the 32nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Edmundo Espiga took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Mario Grebe to make any attempt to save it. With his leg Mario Grebe managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Tim-Oliver Mayrhofer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th match minute, International Thunders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Hauff to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to International Thunders getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gregor Renz hit a great ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Eckstein in the 61st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Honduras's Ivan Navarro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ivan Navarro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ivan Navarro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Honduras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! A sloppy throw-in by Dennis Bartl in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Christian Sancho. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mario Grebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Dennis Bartl made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dennis Bartl in the 89 minute of the game. Mario Grebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 96th minute of play. Mario Grebe came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
