Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Matthias Löfgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Löfgren in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvard Pihl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damaso Orlin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 14th playminute. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Damaso Orlin in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 28th minute Arsenal FC were awarded a corner. Edvard Pihl went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Arsenal FC's Edvard Pihl to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damaso Orlin in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 34th minute of play forced Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Songur Yoran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damaso Orlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Songur Yoran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when John Forsberg came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Damaso Orlin made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Damaso Orlin notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Arsenal FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Orlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Melberg kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. When Damaso Orlin came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Arsenal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Orlin couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. John Forsberg took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Frands Thygelund's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frands Thygelund helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
