Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Uruguay's Francisco Seco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Ferdinand got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodrigo Ferdinand's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Uruguay's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Loukianos Staikos 16 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. International Thunders's Thorsten Ternes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 20th minute of play. Rodrigo Ferdinand's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 27th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorsten Ternes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Ferdinand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Thorsten Ternes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 37th minute of play. Rodrigo Ferdinand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loukianos Staikos to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Rodrigo Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot. International Thunders's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Ferdinand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loukianos Staikos in the 55th minute of play. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 59th minute of play. Oskar Vahlberg's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Vahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute, Percival Costa made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 75 minutes into the match, International Thunders's goalkeeper Thorsten Ternes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Escribano. In the 76thth minute of the game Percival Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd minute, Percival Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The throw-in from Lionel 柯景亦 in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 94th minute of the match.
