Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off. Gualter Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 4th minute. Leopoldo Tavares scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute of the game Valério Queirós made a throw-in which Liu Tian Zheng played forward. Orlando Casaus hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Gualter Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Figueroa in the 16th minute of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liu Tian Zheng in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Liu Tian Zheng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tigre das Américas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liu Tian Zheng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tigre das Américas's Gualter Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gualter Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play. Tigre das Américas's Gualter Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Figueroa in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Tigre das Américas's Lidon Bernardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chile's Alan Tamayo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Washington Cruz, made in the 44th minute of the game. A collision led to Tigre das Américas getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Valério Queirós hit a great ball. After the first half Tigre das Américas were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Chile's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Lidon Bernardo scored to the left of an out of position Thiago Pliego, making the score, 1-3. Lidon Bernardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Xavier Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Irinel Iliuță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lidon Bernardo in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Tavares came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. 95 minutes into the match, Tigre das Américas's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Gualter Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tigre das Américas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
