Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as Adriano Di Domenico kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Joaquin Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Generoso Matai kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Lucero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquin Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Lucero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Cristian Sancho sped through C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Lucero. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Maidana in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 38 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilfredo Maidana made a kick off. Marciano Jaunzuria kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Adan Galo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Adriano Di Domenico might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adriano Di Domenico ran back to his position shaking his head. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Adan Galo got a free kick in the 77th minute. 84 minutes into the match, C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's goalkeeper Joaquin Lucero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 85th match minute, C.A.MALVINAS.ARG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Maidana to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Lucero was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 89th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Maidana's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Adriano Di Domenico has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 92nd minute. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
