Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rogelio Fernado kicked off to start the match. Rogelio Fernado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Carlo Amadei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Frederik during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlo Amadei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Carlo Amadei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 20th minute of play. Matheus Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Momias F. C.. Carlo Amadei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Jonathan Venegas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Las Momias F. C.'s Carlo Amadei managed to reach the ball for a save. After 36 minutes of play, Las Momias F. C.'s Rogelio Fernado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlo Amadei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 55th minute of play forced Las Momias F. C.'s goalkeeper Carlo Amadei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Las Momias F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. 57 minutes into the game, Matheus Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Las Momias F. C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Fernado in the 64th minute of play. Carlo Amadei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 67th minute. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Las Momias F. Carlo Amadei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 77th minute of the match. Remigio Ishmael kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlo Amadei having to make a save. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Las Momias F. C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
