Gualterio Qwinton's late challenge caught a Haiti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gualterio Qwinton helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes Chelsea Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Qwinton. When Baldomiro Sabino came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Chelsea Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomiro Sabino couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When Raymond Louis fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haiti's protests and gave Raymond Louis a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Raymond Louis. Jonathan Alphonse hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Sabino in the 62nd minute of play. Chelsea Football Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
