With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Fanuco in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Heitor Paim Belluci saved Brazil from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Juliszew SSA's goalkeeper Zhuo Xuan Yu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diogo Paim Macedo. Cecilio Fanuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Paz Rocha in the 27th minute of play forced Juliszew SSA's goalkeeper Zhuo Xuan Yu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heitor Paim Belluci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Salamonsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diogo Paim Macedo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zhuo Xuan Yu came out and tried to block the shot, but Diogo Paim Macedo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 29th minute. Diogo Paim Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cecilio Fanuco's late challenge caught a Brazil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cecilio Fanuco helped the player get up and apologised. Diogo Paim Macedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zhuo Xuan Yu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Juliszew SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Paz Rocha came free, but Zhuo Xuan Yu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cecilio Fanuco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juliszew SSA's Kelemen Astonzas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adriano Macedo Sanches, made in the 52nd minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zhuo Xuan Yu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zhuo Xuan Yu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Bueno Lobo in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Brazil's Murilo Bueno Lobo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zhuo Xuan Yu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
