In the 15th match minute, Pegaso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Caradaro to maneuver through the defense. Pegaso's Mihail Pânzaru got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihail Pânzaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Pânzaru in the 31st minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mihail Pânzaru showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Mihail Pânzaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. In the 58th minute Pegaso were awarded a corner. Amador Vachon went to the cornerflag to take it. Efren Dobale made a great header on Pegaso's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Loren Prats in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santino Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Loren Prats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goalkeeper Loren Prats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. Loren Prats made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the game, Abram Secada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Loren Prats. Abram Secada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Abram Secada might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Loren Prats. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abram Secada ran back to his position shaking his head. Pegaso walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
