Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ingvar Dahlberg made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6thth minute of the game Emanuel Falkrantz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Corderun Geras in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rinkeby FC's Corderun Geras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Rinkeby FC from getting a goal against them. Marcus Säfström hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Batista came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Dahlberg in the 25th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Rinkeby FC got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Alkvist. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Corderun Geras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corderun Geras was a little too slow when Cristian Sancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Rinkeby FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Corderun Geras quite easily take care of the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Dahlberg in the 36th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars-Erik Haegg during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rinkeby FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Marcus Säfström hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Corderun Geras having to make a save. 51 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Corderun Geras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 52nd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Rinkeby FC's Corderun Geras managed to reach the ball for a save. 53 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corderun Geras. Rinkeby FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corderun Geras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rinkeby FC's Corderun Geras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rinkeby FC's Patrik Alkvist got a free kick in the 64th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Dahlberg in the 75th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rinkeby FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corderun Geras came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovani Batista in the 79th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Batista in the 80th minute of play. In the 80th play minute Geovani Batista came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Vera. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Rinkeby FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corderun Geras came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball.
