Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Flavio Cifuentes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A sloppy throw-in by Anthony Alvarado in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Taltum FC's He Sang Jun. In the 17th minute Flavio Cifuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when He Sang Jun made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. Zhang Hao Qing came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Eliseo Mina. But to his dismay, Eliseo Mina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Peru's attentive Efraim Gilabert managed to snatch the ball when He Sang Jun made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. Zhang Hao Qing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 41st minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Cifuentes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Cifuentes in the 48th minute of the match. In the 49th minute of the match Taltum FC got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcelo Cavenaghi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Marcelo Cavenaghi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zhang Hao Qing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Taltum FC made a substitution. Obregón Pardemanos replaced Flavio Cifuentes. 64 minutes in the game He Sang Jun did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Obregón Pardemanos. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Obregón Pardemanos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. Peru's Luz Tejedor managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by He Sang Jun in the 71 minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Alonso Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Obregón Pardemanos in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Berganza to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Obregón Pardemanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. After 92 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andres Tufiño who took care of the corner kick. If Antonio Tenorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Taltum FC's He Sang Jun got a free kick in the 98th minute.
