In the 5thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los simuladores FC's Máté Kozák was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máté Kozák saved Los simuladores FC from getting behind. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. Arnulfo Tebaldo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Máté Kozák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Máté Kozák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Los simuladores FC's Pablo Paredes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Paredes came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Julio Vera throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pablo Paredes in the 15thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, Los simuladores FC's Anselmo Fernendo got a free kick in the 16th minute. Máté Kozák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Ecuador played a much better game than Los simuladores FC and deserved their victory. The Los simuladores FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
