Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Afonso Portugal hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by LA COSA NOSTRA's Adriano Almeida. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serkan Günden got free with Benito Sanz in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serkan Günden in the 19th minute of play. When Lautaro Puig came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Puig couldn't finish the play. Serkan Günden's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benito Sanz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 乔义竞 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, 乔义竞 managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA COSA NOSTRA's supporters rose to their feet, but 乔义竞 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serkan Günden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serkan Günden in the 40th minute. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 乔义竞, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Leal Valido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseo Noboa went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serkan Günden was the one to do the kick off. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After having played for 55 minutes, 乔义竞 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA COSA NOSTRA's supporters crossed their fingers, but 乔义竞 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. After 60 played minutes, LA COSA NOSTRA's Bebeto Aguiar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LA COSA NOSTRA reached it. When Aaron Alcocer came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Alcocer couldn't finish the play. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 乔义竞, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by 乔义竞 in the 74th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 乔义竞 in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute Serkan Günden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 乔义竞 in the 83rd minute of play. After 88 minutes, Adriano Almeida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA COSA NOSTRA and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when LA COSA NOSTRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 乔义竞, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. LA COSA NOSTRA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
