The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 狄皓彬 in the 12th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 狄皓彬, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 狄皓彬 went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 莫义朋 came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If 狄皓彬 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 27th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 狄皓彬 in the 30th minute of play. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute. When 狄皓彬 came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 狄皓彬 couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. 莫义朋 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, 狄皓彬 notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 莫义朋 having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. In the 86th minute, 狄皓彬 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 狄皓彬, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute of the match ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰 got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Börge Wallgren ran over to the corner to take the kick.
