Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Turi in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Turi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. After a rather tough play, CD Boiro's Ion Fernandez got a free kick in the 70th minute. Eustaquio Turi got in the 75th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Julio Vera handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Turi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera.
