In the 17th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Faro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Jaakob Snow made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. In the 26th minute, Abram Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Teofilo Faro. CA Trapito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Tristan Sama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Navarro to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Douglas Koch had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas Koch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colombia! Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tristan Sama in the 43rd minute of the match. Diogo Pereira struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Trapito. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tristan Sama made a kick off. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Sama, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Teofilo Faro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Mastache's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Douglas Koch made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. CA Trapito made a substitution. Roberto Astudillo replaced Douglas Koch. After a rather tough play, CA Trapito's Tibet Kutlucan got a free kick in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, CA Trapito's goalkeeper Teofilo Faro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Carballar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Astudillo in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Roberto Astudillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the game, CA Trapito's Roberto Astudillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. After having played for 92 minutes, Roberto Astudillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Trapito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Astudillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Roberto Astudillo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the CA Trapito fans jumped to their feet.
