Robert Steffens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Monchi Villalaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robert Steffens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monchi Villalaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Flamengo de San Blás's Monchi Villalaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robert Steffens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimeno Ospetsu was the one to do the kick off. Robert Steffens made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Monchi Villalaz sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Nicanor Elequemedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monchi Villalaz in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Robert Steffens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Everardo Palban hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Siro Crescencio kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monchi Villalaz in the 87th minute of play forced JS 22's goalkeeper Robert Steffens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monchi Villalaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The JS 22 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Flamengo de San Blás were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
