Gabriel Voineag made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Atilla Bumin Hızlan sent off a good shot on target. Atilla Bumin Hızlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Voineag read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Atilla Bumin Hızlan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gabriel Voineag. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilla Bumin Hızlan in the 22nd minute of play forced Shohoku FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Voineag to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shohoku FC's Gabriel Voineag proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Shohoku FC from getting a goal against them. Luís Oliveira hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Sergey Nikiforenko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Voineag came out and tried to block the shot, but Sergey Nikiforenko slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 30th minute. Shohoku FC's Gabriel Voineag played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilla Bumin Hızlan in the 38th minute of play. Gabriel Voineag was a little too slow when Sergey Nikiforenko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, Shohoku FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Voineag had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Atilla Bumin Hızlan. With an all-out effort, Defensores del Tiki Tiki's Gabriel Voineag threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Atilla Bumin Hızlan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gabriel Voineag was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Atilla Bumin Hızlan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Atilla Bumin Hızlan really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atilla Bumin Hızlan to make the kick off. Sergey Nikiforenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Voineag having to interfere. Jesús Martín kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 60th minute Atilla Bumin Hızlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Voineag saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilla Bumin Hızlan in the 61st minute of play forced Shohoku FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Voineag to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Voineag made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilla Bumin Hızlan in the 63rd minute of play. Sergey Nikiforenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sergey Nikiforenko struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Gabriel Voineag didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores del Tiki Tiki. Gabriel Voineag came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores del Tiki Tiki's Sergey Nikiforenko. But to his dismay, Sergey Nikiforenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 73rd minute, Atilla Bumin Hızlan made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Voineag. Shohoku FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Defensores del Tiki Tiki made a substitution. Bernát Szuper replaced Sergey Nikiforenko. Gabriel Voineag made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilla Bumin Hızlan in the 77th minute of play. Defensores del Tiki Tiki made a substitution. Laureano Gaskon replaced Jesús Martín. Defensores del Tiki Tiki made a substitution. Hampus Nordström replaced Atilla Bumin Hızlan. 90 minutes into the match, Laureano Gaskon notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Shohoku FC's Gabriel Voineag. Gabriel Voineag was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 92 minutes into the match, Bernát Szuper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Voineag. Shohoku FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernát Szuper was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernát Szuper in the 95th minute of play forced Shohoku FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Voineag to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Defensores del Tiki Tiki players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
