Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Steaua Nordului's Alexandru Bușcu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alexandru Bușcu struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Steaua Nordului. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Bușcu in the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Alexandru Bușcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 minutes, Troy Kennedy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Steaua Nordului players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Steaua Nordului booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Troy Kennedy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Steaua Nordului's Aaron Llorian got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 23rd minute Aaron Llorian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Steaua Nordului booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanley Wallace didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandru Bușcu scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nae Timaru in the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Alexandru Bușcu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Alexandru Bușcu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Steaua Nordului's Aaron Llorian in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curacao's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Steaua Nordului's Davi de Salles got control of the ball when Stanley Wallace tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46th minute, Aaron Llorian made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Davies was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Aaron Llorian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Llorian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 55 played minutes Steaua Nordului got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Zberea. After 56 played minutes Steaua Nordului got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Sandu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandru Bușcu got free with Bruno Barrett in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Nae Timaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Steaua Nordului booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandru Bușcu came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandru Bușcu in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Alexandru Bușcu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Steaua Nordului fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After 73 minutes of play, Steaua Nordului's Aaron Llorian made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kyle Davies kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A hard shot 83 in the game by Aaron Llorian from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Steaua Nordului's Aaron Llorian. But to his dismay, Aaron Llorian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Bușcu in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute Alexandru Bușcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Marshall Graham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
