The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hans-Hermann Spieler made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Hermann Spieler came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Hermann Spieler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hans-Hermann Spieler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joshua Garrido hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans-Hermann Spieler in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Pankracy Imbor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Hermann Spieler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes of play, Torino FC's Hans-Hermann Spieler made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Torino FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. 27 minutes into the match, Torino FC's Hans-Hermann Spieler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Bonifaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hans-Hermann Spieler went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 33 minutes, Salvador Jerold mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torino FC and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
