Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Blažej Blazejowski kicked off to start the match. Manoel Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ritchie Stansfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Pedro Cucao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Ayuntamiento CF's Blažej Blazejowski. But to his dismay, Blažej Blazejowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blažej Blazejowski in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Real Ayuntamiento CF's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ritchie Stansfield came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blažej Blazejowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ritchie Stansfield made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute. When Daniel Zorita got free in front of the goal in the 36th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ritchie Stansfield was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Real Ayuntamiento CF's Blažej Blazejowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ritchie Stansfield. Real Ayuntamiento CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blažej Blazejowski got free with Julio Vera in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the match, Damazy Tomaszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damazy Tomaszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Ignacio Richie was substituted for Feliberto Distiratsu. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ecuador! Blažej Blazejowski shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. If Pedro Cucao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 79th minute of play forced Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalkeeper Ritchie Stansfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 87th match minute, Real Ayuntamiento CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damazy Tomaszewski to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Dariusz Szpakowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Juan Sebastián Puig fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Juan Sebastián Puig a yellow card for diving instead. 94 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Blažej Blazejowski shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 97 minutes into the match, Pedro Cucao notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Ecuador supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Real Ayuntamiento CF's performance. The match ended with a win for Real Ayuntamiento CF.
