Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Orlando Mena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jabones Tocadores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orlando Mena was slow to take the kick. During this time Jabones Tocadores's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Jabones Tocadores's Gastón Hernández to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Orlando Mena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlando Mena in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Gastón Hernández received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Mena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Orlando Mena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Jabones Tocadores's Orlando Mena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Orlando Mena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute Orlando Mena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Orlando Mena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jabones Tocadores's Ladislao Bartoleme got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 54 minutes, Guillermo Mariano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Jabones Tocadores players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Guillermo Mariano was shown his second yellow card after 56 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Orlando Mena:s penalty. Jabones Tocadores's Ladislao Bartoleme got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Orlando Mena came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Jabones Tocadores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Mena couldn't finish the play. After 72 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Bartoleme, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gastón Hernández came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Orlando Mena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 86th minute Orlando Mena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Mena, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Ladislao Bartoleme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Jabones Tocadores players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
