With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ana Ţugui saved -BZF- Valea Buzăului from getting behind. In the 24th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Gelu Jumancă got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 28 minutes, Claudiu Bădulescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the -BZF- Valea Buzăului and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Honduras booed when -BZF- Valea Buzăului was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudiu Bădulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ana Ţugui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Gelu Jumancă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Ana Ţugui when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ana Ţugui. Ana Ţugui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ana Ţugui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 72nd minute. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Ana Ţugui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Valea Buzăului from getting a goal against them. Valentín Carvallo made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Christian Sancho however managed to control. With an all-out effort, Honduras's Ana Ţugui threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edmundo Espiga, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 81 minutes into the match, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tafalla came free, but Ana Ţugui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Ana Ţugui got control of the ball when Sebastian Villa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ana Ţugui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 86th minute of the match Claudiu Bădulescu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent.
