Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Bertoni having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Davide Di Tommaso took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. In the 14th minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Bertoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Di Tommaso came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Di Tommaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Olejarz in the 18th minute of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Olejarz in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match, Davide Di Tommaso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Cotilla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute, Alex Cambeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Leonardo Penha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davide Di Tommaso. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Panama's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Denis Gergori was slow to take the kick. During this time ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's players had a chance to rest. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Olejarz in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Di Tommaso in the 54th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angelo Bertoni came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 59th minute. Davide Di Tommaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Federico Vani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Davide Di Tommaso. But to his dismay, Davide Di Tommaso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Penha in the 72nd minute of the match. After 76 minutes ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Panama's Abraham Alguacil to fire away a dangerous shot which Angelo Bertoni despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ from getting a goal against them. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Penha, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ from getting a goal against them. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Angelo Bertoni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panama for a fine match.
