Aki Pego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus-Vinícius Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aki Pego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariuss Cernītis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Mancebo in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aki Pego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcus-Vinícius Berg took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Marcus-Vinícius Berg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Aki Pego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariuss Cernītis in the 57th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Aki Pego in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Magen David's Aki Pego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Magen David from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Magen David's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Aki Pego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Aki Pego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Aki Pego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Boyde Bleazard's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boyde Bleazard helped the player get up and apologised. Mexico made a substitution. Jonathan Atenas replaced Felix Luque. The supporters of Mexico booed when Magen David was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boyde Bleazard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aki Pego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aki Pego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Aki Pego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magen David were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mexico for a fine match.
