Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Cesaro came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Tximitx, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play. In the 13thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Juan Manuel Cruz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Serafin Cesaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafin Cesaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Juan Manuel Cruz sent off a good shot on target. After 25 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafin Cesaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Juan Manuel Cruz came free and shot a quick shot against goal 28 minutes in the game, fortunately Julio Vera had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Rodrigo Martinez struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.. Serafin Cesaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Montenegro in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafin Cesaro saved ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. from getting behind. In the 38th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Nemesio Tximitx made the kick off in the second half. If Nemesio Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Serafin Cesaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nemesio Tximitx scored 2-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Amado Evarado hit a great ball. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. made a substitution. Wincenty Wykowski replaced Rodrigo Martinez. Amado Evarado kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Krystian Ronaldson was slow to take the kick. During this time ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Krystian Ronaldson to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Serafin Cesaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nemesio Tximitx went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
