The supporters of Teutonic Order booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute of the game Slobodan Timotijević made a throw-in which Grgur Komljenović played forward. When Teutonic Order's Makarije Baljak in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Teutonic Order's Makarije Baljak. But to his dismay, Makarije Baljak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Teutonic Order's Makarije Baljak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Cazalla in the 36th minute of play forced Teutonic Order's goalkeeper Radoslav Tonković to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radoslav Tonković narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Dobrašin Veljović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute of the game Ivko Burzanović made a throw-in which Grgur Komljenović played forward. Ivko Burzanović got a throw-in 45 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Makarije Baljak. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Makarije Baljak made a kick off. Viktor Panić hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Radoslav Tonković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With 56 minutes on the clock, Momir Prvulović commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Radoslav Tonković went to the wrong direction when Jaime Cazalla was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to Teutonic Order getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Živadin Spasojević hit a great ball. After 65 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. Radoslav Tonković took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Panić hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslav Tonković having to interfere. Radoslav Tonković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 81st minute of play. If Viktor Panić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoslav Tonković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Teutonic Order walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
