Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. 刘松斐 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Boycho Angelski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Boycho Angelski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute, 狄朗克 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anthony Lenci's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Boycho Angelski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Boycho Angelski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Lautaro Mancebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Boycho Angelski. The goal made the score 1-3. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Boycho Angelski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Boycho Angelski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute, Joel Gaona fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Boycho Angelski, passed just outside the right post. 苏梁泉 took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
