In the 3rd match minute, ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Tripodi to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marjus Laçka having to interfere. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundson Ross in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marjus Laçka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marjus Laçka came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s Marjus Laçka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of play. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 20th minute of play forced ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s goalkeeper Marjus Laçka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Cherubini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amerigo Rosini was slow to take the kick. During this time ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s players had a chance to rest. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundson Ross in the 38th minute. Tytus Pinczewski kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marjus Laçka came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s Marjus Laçka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. A collision led to ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Guo Xun hit a great ball. Marjus Laçka came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇ made a substitution. Corrado Vierchowod replaced Eugenio Cherubini. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmundson Ross struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Marjus Laçka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s goalkeeper Marjus Laçka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Edmundson Ross struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇. Macos Graciani got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luca Zorita. Felix Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Edmundson Ross kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
