Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Alfred Chmelyk notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfred Chmelyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Trigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Richard Fontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Alfred Chmelyk scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-0. After 27 minutes of play, Sumaré Sport Club's Alfred Chmelyk made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Zé Trigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Trigo struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sumaré Sport Club. Alfred Chmelyk might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Chmelyk ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Trigo in the 43rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alfred Chmelyk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 43 minute of play.

Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Trigo in the 51st minute of play. Sumaré Sport Club's Richard Fontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Sumaré Sport Club from getting a goal against them. 56 minutes into the match, Alfred Chmelyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfred Chmelyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Sebastian Brun hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Olívio Matos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Olívio Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the game, Sumaré Sport Club's Alfred Chmelyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Alfred Chmelyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Alfred Chmelyk sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sumaré Sport Club booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfred Chmelyk's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Zé Trigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Trigo in the 94th minute of play. Sumaré Sport Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
