Luis Rubio made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Predador's Elias Sergipano. 16 minutes into the game, Luis Rubio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Predador's Elias Sergipano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 26 minutes in the game Jesus Carvallo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Abram Luque. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Tamayo in the 32nd minute of play forced Predador's goalkeeper Mathias Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Predador's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Mathias Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Fernandino came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mathias Leite could save by the left post. After having played for 39 minutes, Joshua Curbelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joshua Curbelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Predador's Elias Sergipano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luis Rubio, made in the 46th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Predador's Elias Sergipano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luis Rubio in the 54 minute of the game. 55 minutes into the game, El Salvador's Abram Luque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mathias Leite made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 58 minutes, Baltazar Viana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Predador and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baltazar Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Moises Fernandino took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Leite. Mathias Leite dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Mathias Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Luque in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 67th minute of play forced Predador's goalkeeper Mathias Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Leguizamo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Joshua Curbelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Leite having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Predador's zone, Moises Fernandino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Leite came out of the goal and Moises Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathias Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Moises Fernandino notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Predador's Mathias Leite. Mathias Leite was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 89 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Rubio. El Salvador's Jorge Magrina pulled a muscle in his leg after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 91 minutes, Marco Neto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Predador and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. El Salvador's Alonzo Pomar was substituted for Jorge Magrina. El Salvador's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
