Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Mogel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Sazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Eugenio Honrio got a free kick in the 8th minute. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gervasio Sazon having to make a save. In the 14th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Felix Montenegro took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gervasio Sazon. Gervasio Sazon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gervasio Sazon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Ubaldo Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Txema, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes of play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gervasio Sazon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Txema hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Braulio Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Ubaldo Mogel made the kick off in the second half. Gervasio Sazon came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Gervasio Sazon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Braulio Erasto during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Braulio Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Gervasio Sazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Sazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of play. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Sazon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Gervasio Sazon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 66 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gervasio Sazon. ORIZABA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. If Manuel Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 71st playminute. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Nereo Esdras was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Gervasio Sazon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, ORIZABA F.C.'s Gervasio Sazon got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. ORIZABA F.C.'s Gervasio Sazon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save ORIZABA F.C. from getting a goal against them. When Eugenio Honrio fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ORIZABA F.C.'s protests and gave Eugenio Honrio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ORIZABA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Honrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gervasio Sazon. That made the score 0-11 after 95 minutes of play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
