Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Ole-Gunnar Klose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Bazil in the 4th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Bruno Magdaleno in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Bruno Magdaleno managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 19 played minutes Darkness got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Hori. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Bazil in the 21st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Bruno Magdaleno came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Agustín Saelices. But to his dismay, Agustín Saelices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Darkness's Bruno Magdaleno managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 34th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Agustín Saelices heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 40th minute, Kane Einstein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Magdaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 41st minute of the match. Bruno Magdaleno made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

61 minutes into the match, Darkness's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Bruno Magdaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Darkness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ole-Gunnar Klose to maneuver through the defense. When Darkness's Ole-Gunnar Klose in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 67th minute. Kane Einstein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. After 85 played minutes Darkness got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Izel. In the 86th minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Magdaleno skillfully saved the ball. Bruno Magdaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute of play. Benigno Canor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jhon Stones didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bruno Magdaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
