One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE:s goal. After 29 minutes, Delmiro Estebano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Piorno having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE the free kick. The supporters of TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Everardo Benino to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's zone, Miguel Miralles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Piorno came out of the goal and Miguel Miralles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rigoberto Cordeal hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Cordeal to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Feliciano Tirso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Alguacil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Piorno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 79th minute Everardo Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Abraham Alguacil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
